Starting solids is a huge milestone

It is recommended to start solids around 4-6 months depending on your baby’s readiness. Our dietitian can help suggest which foods to start and help develop a sample meal plan to optimize key nutrients.

For common allergens, it is recommended to start offering them around 6 months, or earlier if there is family history of allergies. Our dietitian will guide you on which allergen foods to start, and how to safely introduce them.

Recently diagnosed with CMPA or a food allergy?

Our dietitian has experience navigating these allergies and can offer meal ideas to ensure your little one is getting all the proper nutrients to grow.

CMPA may require mom to follow a strict dairy- and soy-free diet. Speak with our dietitian for some guidance around this temporary diet.
